1. Acceptance

By using The AEO Hub you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

The AEO Hub provides a directory of Answer Engine Optimization agencies, freelancers, and tools, plus educational resources and an optional Get Matched lead service. We do not provide AEO services directly.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

4. Listings and reviews

Listed agencies and freelancers are independent businesses. The AEO Hub does not warrant the work of any listed provider. Reviews are submitted by users and do not represent the opinions of The AEO Hub. We moderate but do not pre-screen every review.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid listings are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. No prorated refunds for partial periods.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the directory at scale, abuse the service, submit false reviews, impersonate another business, or violate applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, design, and code are owned by The AEO Hub and protected by copyright. Listed business information remains owned by the respective businesses.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or specific outcomes from any listed provider.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AEO Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
